The new, state-of-the-art Mills-Peninsula Medical Center opens its doors to the community November 2010, to replace the existing Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame. The inviting, people-friendly “campus” atmosphere is quickly taking shape as the region’s safest, most technologically advanced hospital – all designed to provide you with the highest quality care and comfort possible.

  1. The July/August edition of the Senior Focus News has an article about the new hospital with an invitation to an open house on October 23 and 24. One is directed to sign up for a tour at this web site; however, I can”t find a way to do that. Please advise. Thanks.

  2. July/Aug. Senior Focus says the Open House is Oct. 23 & 24. When I click on the link
    above it has Nov. 20 & 21 to sign up?? Please clarify.
    I live in Sonoma County and visit my father, 90 years old, in Millbrae. I grew up there & saw the last Peninsula Hos. being built. He goes and watches it several times a week and I have been there every 2 weeks watching the progress, since it began.
    We can”t wait to see the end result. It has been fun trying to figure out what is going to happen next. Wish we could have seen the inside being done. Thank you for the
    entertainment. It has been something we have shared, love of construction projects.
